• Discuss evidence based follow up care and anticoagulation management following an acute PE
• Explain how to evaluate patients with ongoing symptoms after acute PE
• Describe when to suspect, how to diagnose, and when to refer for chronic thromboembolic pulmonary disease (CTEPD)
