• Describe the clinical purpose of South Jersey's first outpatient Rapid DVT Rapid Response Program and its role in improving timely evaluation of suspected DVT.
• Explain the impact of venous thromboembolism (VTE) and the burden on patient health.
• Apply evidence-based principles to streamline the diagnostic and management pathway for patients with suspected VTE in outpatient settings.
• Identify how to reduce unnecessary emergency department visits for VTE.
• Outline long-term support resources available to VTE survivors and how to integrate these resources into patient care.
