At the conclusion of this activity, participants will be able to:

• Recognize and evaluate the major functional complications of prostate cancer treatment, including erectile dysfunction, urinary incontinence, and bladder neck/vesicourethral anastomotic stenosis.
• Initiate appropriate first line evaluation and management of erectile dysfunction and urinary symptoms in prostate cancer survivors within the primary care setting.
• Identify clinical features and treatment trajectories that warrant urologic referral, including persistent bothersome incontinence, refractory erectile dysfunction, and obstructive voiding symptoms concerning for bladder neck stenosis or contracture.
